+ Packages will be shipped out SAME DAY if ordered by 12pm (CST) using standard USPS mail for a flat rate of $5.00. FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING with a $60.00 or more purchase. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
+ Our packages are sent out Monday through Friday.

Where is my order?
+ You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email that contains tracking information. This allows you to track your order in real-time.

When will my order be shipped?
+ All orders are processed same day, unless otherwise noted. We do not ship on weekends or nationally observed U.S. Holidays.
+ Due To higher order volumes during peak holiday seasons, please note that orders may take 3-5 business days for processing.
Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on your items right away. Therefore, orders cannot be changed once we start creating. You may attempt to cancel an order by contacting customer support at (816) 724-5585. However, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order before it is processed to ship.
My tracking information says that my order is being returned to sender. What can I do?
+ If your tracking information shows that your package was undeliverable and is being returned to sender, do not worry! We are more than happy to resend your order, to the same or alternative shipping address, with an additional shipping fee. Please contact us, so we can get this taken care of for you.
My package is marked "Delivered", but I can't find it. Here is what we suggest doing:
+ Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
+ Ask your family members, roommates, or neighbors if they accepted your delivery.
+ Check again at the end of the next business day.
+ Contact the shipping carrier: USPS 1(800)-222-1811
